We understand that not everyone is comfortable stepping foot into the gym. That's why we started the Foundations program!
This 6-week program is built around the basics of training and nutrition. Our coaches will help you build a foundation by learning the main movements of strength, mobility and recovery.
Whether you are new to working out or getting back into a routine after taking some time off, we will be there to guide you each step of the way in this 6-week program.
The Foundation Program is a 45 minute class each Tuesday and Thursday at 6:15am with the option to use the recovery lab post workout for best results.
This is the ultimate beginners program to getting into a healthy routine!
