Common questions
Before your first visit
- How do I sign up for a free consultation?
- Call or text the gym and we'll get your free consultation on the calendar, hear more about you, and walk you through the facility.
- How long does it take to see results?
- Be patient. Results take time, but if you're consistent, they absolutely will come. The exciting thing is that as a beginner, results come fairly quickly. Even in 30 days, you can really see a difference in your strength and overall fitness.
- Do I have to be fit to join?
- No. Our fitness program is what will get you in shape. No matter what your current fitness level is, we have the program that is right for you. As you become fitter, workouts will become more challenging. Our program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect fit for any committed individual regardless of experience.
- How often do you recommend coming to class?
- 2 to 4 classes a week is realistic for beginners, depending on your level of fitness when you start. It may take a while for your body to get used to training at that intensity, so at the beginning you might need more recovery time between training days. Over the first few months, start working your way up to training 5 days a week.
- What kind of movements can I expect?
- Our class programming includes a strength portion where you'll work on something like Olympic weightlifting, deadlifting, squatting, or bodyweight strength, or a skill like handstand push-ups. After the strength or skill portion, most days involve a workout programmed for that specific day. Workouts run anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes or more.
- Do I get the chance to meet new friends?
- Yes. We like to organize our classes in small groups. Small group settings allow you to make new friends who might share the same interests as you.
- What sets you apart from other gyms?
- We are a community of people that share the same fitness journey as you. We are here to build each other up. If you win, we all win.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
